Studio Legale Visciano was founded in Milan in 1991 by Avv. Enrico Visciano, an advocate admitted before the Italian Supreme Court and a member of the International Chamber of Arbitration. The firm is independent, partner-led and organised so that the client always deals directly with the lawyer handling the file.
The founder
Avv. Enrico Visciano began practising in July 1991 at the Court of Milan as assistant to Avv. Alberto Azzolini, then established his own firm. He is registered with the Milan Bar Association, admitted before the Court of Cassation and the higher Italian courts, and sits as an arbitrator with the International Chamber of Arbitration.
He is a civil lawyer specialised in commercial, industrial and intellectual property law, and also acts in matrimonial and child protection matters.
How we work
Each matter is assigned to a lead lawyer who remains the client's single point of contact. External consultants — accountants, notaries, technical experts, patent attorneys — are involved when the matter requires it.
Before any litigation we assess the negotiated route: settlement agreements, assisted negotiation and arbitration often deliver a faster and cheaper outcome than court proceedings.
